Institute working with USO for fall goods drive
The Institute for the Health and Security of Military Families at Kansas State University is working with the United Service Organization to support our troops by assisting with the USO Fall Goods Drive, Nov. 10-14. You can support our troops and their families by donating the following items:
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Plastic and foam cups
- Plastic forks, knives, spoons
- Paper plates
- Condiments
- Ramen
- Office supplies
Drop-box locations for the supplies:
- All residence hall lobbies
- Derby and Kramer dining hall lobbies
- Justin Hall lobby
- K-State Student Union Nov. 10-12
- Vietnam Veterans Forum at 4 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Wareham Theater, Downtown Manhattan
As a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization, the United Service Organization is now, and always will be, about our troops. Wherever and whenever they go, the United Service Organization will be there, until every one comes home.
