New K-State Research and Extension Bookstore website is live

Submitted by Jerry Grasso

The upgrade project for the K-State Research and Extension Bookstore for the Agricultural Experiment Station and Cooperative Extension Service is completed, and the new website has launched.

So, what's new? User experience enhancements include:

  • Ease of navigation from primary topics to subtopics.
  • Subscription to receive email notifications for specific authors and topics.
  • Email notifications when a previously downloaded publication has a new revision.
  • Scrollable list of featured publications and promotional items for users to view on the homepage and primary topic pages.
  • HTML publication view option on the website.
  • Enhanced search and filter abilities to find products and publications.

Like all website projects when launched, there may be tweaks to the site or pages that need to be made. If you find issues that need to be addressed, please contact us. Regarding publications, content or technical questions, please contact Mark Stadtlander at mark@k-state.edu. If you have questions about how the online bookstore and University Printing interact, please contact Mandy Wilson at mandyw@k-state.edu
