2023 Total Compensation Summary statements available in HRIS
The 2023 Total Compensation Summary statements are now available for all benefit-eligible employees and may be accessed in HRIS Self Service. The summary provides you with a complete view of your compensation package, including both direct compensation — pay, leave, etc. — and indirect compensation — benefits paid by K-State.
To access the summary:
- Visit the HRIS Employee Self Service homepage.
- Sign in with your eID and password.
- Select the Payroll and Compensation tile.
- Select the Total Compensation Summary from the left-hand menu.
The first screen explains the summary and a link to a Special Notice Regarding Your 403(b) Retirement Plan Contributions. To view your summary, select the Total Compensation Summary button at the bottom of the page.
The summary includes wages paid in 2023. The summary does not replace W-2 forms or other income tax-related information and is not intended for use in tax preparation.
