Spots are available for Brewing and Fermentation Science short course

Join Kansas State University faculty, Manhattan Brewing Company and other industry experts for a three-day short course program for students, hobbyists and professional brewers. In this course you will learn the fundamentals in brewing science, brewing technology, safety and sensory analysis.

The course will be held at the Manhattan Brewing Company Poyntz location on Jan. 8, 9 and 10.
