De-stress with Meditation and Movement
UFM Community Learning Center will be hosting a Meditation and Movement event during dead week and finals week.
Meditation and Movement helps to mitigate stress and anxiety, improve self-awareness and revitalize self-perception and body image.
This event is free for all students, faculty and staff.
Come de-stress with the instructor of Meditation and Movement, Jhoe Stonestreet, from 11-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, and Monday, Dec. 12, both in 301 Ahearn.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
