Professional Development Fund accepting applications
The President's Commission on the Status of Women's Professional Development Fund is accepting applications for financial assistance to attend seminars, workshops and conferences — virtually or in person.
Payment for up to 50% of expenses — $500 maximum per academic year — may be awarded based on the number of requests received and the ability of the employee's department or unit to provide partial funding.
Full-time K-State university support staff or unclassified professionals who have been employed by the university in a full-time position for at least one full academic year are eligible to apply. This grant is not restricted to women.
