HealthQuest biometric screening appointments now available

Submitted by Benefits Administration

The HealthQuest Rewards Program is a wellness incentive program offered by the State Employee Health Plan that promotes health and wellness through incentives and information. If you are not already enrolled in this program, more information can be found on the State Employee Health Plan website.

HealthQuest offers many ways to earn incentive credits. One way is through completing a biometric screening. Several ways are available to complete this screening. K-State holds many on-site screenings throughout the year, employees can order an at-home screening kit, or employees can visit their primary care physician to have the screening completed.

HealthQuest has recently opened all on-site appointments for biometric screenings for 2021. Sgn up for an appointment through the HealthQuest portal. For more guidance on how to sign up for your screening appointment, a helpful video tutorial has been made available. Appointment availability will fill up quickly, so schedule an appointment soon.

Review the State Employee Health Plan website for more information including what the biometric screening entails, how many incentive credits are awarded, as well as how to complete other biometric screening options.
