Kansas State Agriculturist wins national award
The Kansas State Agriculturist Fall 2019 issue was recently named the top magazine and received the Overall Publications of Excellence Award from the National Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow. This magazine is created biannually by agricultural communications and journalism students under the guidance of the publication's advisor Lisa Moser.
In addition, current student Wyatt Minihan along with recent graduates Mikey Hughes, Mary Marsh and Janae McKinney each received individual award recognition for their creative work in photography, videography and service. The Kansas State ACT chapter earned the Chapter of the Year for Fundraising honor for its calendar campaign.
