Student Diversity Summit resources moved online

Submitted by Marta Stetsiv

The annual College of Arts and Sciences Student Diversity Summit is unfortunately canceled this year. The college encourages students, faculty and staff to engage with its online resources and continue to work on social justice issues pertaining to campus diversity and inclusion as K-Staters adjust to online learning this semester.

In January of this year, the College of Arts and Sciences faculty members had powerful discussions regarding teaching and research as it pertains to the pressing social issues of today and the legacy of activism at Kansas State University and beyond. The livestream of the event and individual presentations are available for viewing at the Teach-In Website

In addition, students may get more involved on campus during the online learning journey or next semester. Check the OrgCentral list of the many organizations involved in diversity and inclusion advocacy.
