Psychology faculty and students publish research

Several K-State psychology faculty and students had research published recently.

  • Manpreet Rai, doctoral student in psychology; Lester Loschky, associate professor of psychology; Richard Harris, professor of psychology; Nicole Peck, master's graduate in psychology; and Lindsey Cook, doctoral graduate in psychology; were published in Language Learning. Their research was titled "The effects of stress and working memory on foreign language readers' inferential processing during comprehension." The research can be read here.
  • Beth McHenry, doctoral student in psychology; and Satoris Culbertson, assistant professor of psychology; were published in the Academy of Management Perspectives. The research was titled "When do Chief Marketing Officers have influence on top management teams?" 
  • Christopher Waples, doctoral student in psychology; and Satoris Culbertson, assistant professor of psychology; were published in the Academy of Management Perspectives. The research was titled "Best laid plans: Can whistleblowing on project problems be encouraged?"
