Jamene Brooks-Kieffer, resource linking librarian at K-State Libraries, presented "Making Data Work: Telling Your Story with Usage Statistics," a panel presentation offering three different examples of effectively communicating many types of data to stakeholders, and "bX E-VALUE-ation: Taking a Chance That New End-User Services Also Benefit Libraries," an evaluation of a relatively new article recommendation service from the vendor's and a customer's points of view, with colleagues at the Electronic Resources in Libraries 2011 conference Feb. 28-March 2 in Austin, Texas.
