Totally Tubular Speakeasy at the Gastropub Friday
Union Station by JP's Gastropub will host a summer send-off speakeasy event from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23. This '80s retro themed event will take place on the Gastropub's outdoor balcony and adjacent seating area.
The speakeasy will offer a small plates menu featuring two choices: Gravlax crostini — cured and smoked Chilean salmon with goat cheese, arugula and bacon-jalapeno-onion marmalade topped with an ancho-honey reduction — and the classic flatbread caprese with tomato, mozzarella, basil and a balsamic reduction.
A themed cocktail list will feature two '80s-inspired drinks: the Eleven and the Retro Cosmopolitan.
Guests can gain entry to the event-exclusive indoor/outdoor area by giving the password "totally wicked" at the Gastropub's main entrance.
