Rosine presents at national singing conference
Amy Rosine, associate professor in the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance, presented a poster paper "Singing Instrumentalists: Vocal Techniques for the Instrumental Music Education Major," at the National Association of Teachers of Singing National Conference in Las Vegas.
The research shows how instrumental playing technique affects vocal technique, and offers strategies for effective instruction to instrumentalists learning to sing.
