Fouquette to lead university internal search firm

Submitted by Human Capital Services

Lindsey Fouquette has taken on a new role at Human Capital Services as executive recruitment manager in talent solutions.

Fouquette will lead executive searches and develop search strategies that will attract a diverse pool of highly talented candidates. She will play a vital role in the formal establishment of an internal search firm to provide strategic recruitment services with an understanding of the university culture and firsthand knowledge helpful to candidates and hiring managers. She will transition to her new role in June 2018.

Fouquette has experience with executive recruiting in multiple industries and full recruiting life cycle, specifically developing recruitment strategies to drive candidate flow. She's also skilled at sourcing candidates via multiple social media platforms, working with hiring managers to develop position announcements that attract applicants and screening applicants for positions.

She earned her certified staffing professional certification from the American Staffing Association, demonstrating her commitment to the field. She serves as the communications coordinator for the Kansas Chapter of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, or CUPA-HR, and is responsible for communications and social media strategy.

Fouquette earned her Bachelor of Science in business marketing at Emporia State University and Bachelor of Science in digital media design at Colorado Technical University. She is pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Kansas State University.

Fouquette will be seeking a strategic partner to join the team and aid in recruitment efforts at the university.
