Welcome reception scheduled to honor new administrators
President Schulz and Provost Mason are hosting a welcome reception and purple coat ceremony to honor our newly hired administrators. The university community is welcome to attend this special event scheduled from 3:30-5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at the Alumni Center Ballroom. Refreshments will be served. Guests of honor are:
- Steve Dandaneau, vice provost for undergraduate studies
- Verna Fitzsimmons, CEO and dean, K-State Salina
- John Floros, dean and director, K-State College of Agriculture and K-State Research and Extension
- Debbie Mercer, dean of the College of Education
- Richard Potter, director of corporate engagement
