State Department official to visit K-State campus Friday
The Career Center and the Graduate School will host Travis Coberly at 11 a.m. April 20 in the Davis Theater located in the Berney Family Welcome Center. Coberly currently serves as the India desk officer for the U.S. State Department.
Coberly is a 2006 K-State alumnus with a bachelor's in both history and agribusiness. His lecture focuses on his career journey from K-State to the State Department, as well as opportunities within the Foreign Service and Department of State.
All majors are welcome to attend, however, this event is a great opportunity for political science, security studies, history and public administration students.
For anyone who is unable to attend in-person, this lecture will be recorded and streamed live. Students may join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android.
