Submitted by Ben Skutnik

We are looking for men and women between the ages of 24 and 45 who are inactive during the day but looking to change. Sign up for eight weeks of free exercise training. Participants will be placed in one of two training groups, both scientifically shown to have positive benefits on cardiovascular fitness.  All exercising will be on a bike, no running involved. And the best part is, it’s free!

  • No more than 30 minutes a day
  • Improve your level of fitness
  • Scientifically backed programming
  • Pay nothing!

To be eligible you must be between the ages of 24 and 45. You must be able to attend eight consecutive weeks of training, Monday through Friday, for appoximately 45 minutes per session. You must be able to pass a standard physical questionaire and be free of disease. Subjects must have symptoms of pre-hypertension. Pre-hypertension is defined has having a systolic blood pressure reading of 120-139 mmHg or a diastolic reading of 80-89 mmHg. Once subjects have passed the initial screening, there will be a VO2max test and a small blood draw.
