Agronomy professor invited to speak at Brazil-U.S. Agricultural Dialogue
Chuck Rice, university distinguished professor of agronomy and Mary L. Vanier university professor, was invited by the U.S. Embassy in Brazil and the Brazilian Confederation Of Agriculture and Livestock to be a speaker at the second Brazil-U.S. Agricultural Dialogue Oct. 19 in Brasilia, Brazil.
The dialogue aims at strengthening Brazil-U.S. relations by creating a direct channel for communication between the agricultural sectors of both countries and addressing issues of common interest. The event this year focused on smart farming and the future of agriculture.
