Submitted by SafeZone

SafeZone and the K-State Women's Center will present a special training session on responding to a sexual assault from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, in Room 207 at the K-State Stuent Union.

This training will provide information on how students, faculty and staff members can listen and respond to sexual assault, make referrals and provide a safe zone for the survivors. The two-hour session will include interactive role play and feedback on various scenarios. Presenters include Mary Todd, director of the K-State Women's Center, and Lindsay Schwend, master's student in counseling and student development and administrative specialist with the office of student life.

Registration is available online.
