Recreational services to offer presentation on understanding food labels

Recreational services nutrition consultants will present a free nutrition workshop, "Deciphering Label Lingo: Read Before You Eat," from 7-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Recreation Complex.
Learn how to read food labels and what the information they provide means.
Sign up in the administrative office at the Recreation Complex in person or by calling 785-532-6980.
Participants must be a K-State student or a Recreation Complex member. A guest pass may be purchased to attend.
