Annual performance reviews due by Jan. 31

The Kansas State University performance management process requires that all University Support Staff, or USS, employees receive an annual review between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31 of each year. It is now time for supervisors to prepare the annual review form, assign an overall rating and schedule a meeting with the employee(s) being reviewed. All USS employees, except for those currently on probation, must have an annual review submitted to the Division of Human Capital Services no later than Jan. 31, 2016, for the calendar year of 2015.
