K-State civil engineering faculty part of transportation Webinar series

Mustaque Hossain, professor of civil engineering and associate director of the Mid-America Transportation Center, will be one of the speakers for the Webinar "Built to Last: A Look at Sustainable Pavement Design, Construction and Maintenance" from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16. The Webinar is sponsored by the Mid-America Transportation Center, which is the U.S. Department of Transportation Region VII University Transportation Center that represents Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.

Also presenting at future Webinars offered by the center will be K-State's Robert Peterman, professor of civil engineering, and Sunanda Dissanayake, associate professor of civil engineering, both on the center's faculty.
