K-State Today

January 8, 2015

A departmental or college e-newsletter is an easy way to communicate news to alumni and donors in the new year. E-newsletter training is Jan. 15

Submitted by Anne Rubash

An e-newsletter from your college, department or organization can keep alumni, friends and donors in the know about exciting changes. Do you have an esteemed new faculty member? Has someone won an award or made a discovery? Is something fun happening this spring that you need to let everyone know about?

Join us for a training session on e-newsletters Thursday, Jan. 15, to learn the basics. We will meet at 10 a.m. and train on the e-newsletter platform while discussing best practices in marketing your news to external audiences.

This training is open to all K-State faculty and staff. Please contact Anne Rubash at arubash@k-state.edu and Kimberly Baccus at kbaccus@k-state.edu or 785-532-2535 in the Division of Communications and Marketing to register or for more information. The location will be given after registration.
