Free cookie at the K-State Proud info table today in the K-State Student Union

Submitted by Nicole Lane

Stop by the K-State Proud information table in the K-State Student Union from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. to get your free cookie from the Bakery Science Club and take a picture of why you give. Students who visit the information table will receive a free cookie of their choice.

With a donation of $20 you will receive this year’s Proud shirt.

Why do you give to philanthropy? Students can participate in #WhyIGive National Student Engagement and Philanthropy Day sponsored by Affiliated Student Advancement Programs division of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. Want more information? Tweet at @KstateStufo or @KstateSAB. Tweet with the hashtag #WhyIGive to share your inspiration.

For 2014 an aggressive goal of $150,000 has been set in order to meet the growing needs of students in dire financial situations. Stop by to learn more about K-State Proud and help students in need by making a donation. We hope to see you there.
