Five Division of Financial Services offices relocate

Submitted by Cindy Bontrager

Dear faculty and staff,

Five Division of Financial Services offices have relocated to the fifth and sixth floors of the old Foundation building at 2323 Anderson Ave. The Offices of General Accounting, Purchasing, Sponsored Programs Accounting, Fund Balancing and Systems officially relocated Sept. 19. The university acquired the building in January 2016 because the KSU Foundation staff relocated to their new building at 1800 Kimball Ave.

It takes a lot of effort and work to coordinate a move like this, but the synergies it creates among the offices is one of the many benefits of this move. We have great staff in these offices and I truly appreciate their positive attitudes and willingness to make the move. I want to thank Jen Owensby and Heather Mills, as well as the entire financial services staff, for the tremendous amount of work they did to make this transition as smooth as possible.

New addresses for the offices are now effective for both USPS and campus mail. All campus offices and departments should update pre-printed labels and envelopes with the new addresses to ensure timely delivery.

General Accounting 2323 Anderson Ave., Suite 500
Manhattan, KS 66502
Purchasing 2323 Anderson Ave., Suite 500

Sponsored Programs Accounting 2323 Anderson Ave., Suite 600

Fund Balancing 2323 Anderson Ave., Suite 600

Systems 2323 Anderson Ave., Suite 600

Mail to these offices can be sent via campus mail or dropped off in the Division of Financial Services mailbox in the basement of Anderson Hall. A courier will pick up mail twice a day at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and deliver it directly to the offices.

All official office and staff phone numbers remain the same. Division of Financial Services administration, Financial Reporting, and Cashiers and Student Accounts offices are still located in Anderson Hall.

Please visit the Division of Financial Services website for additional information.

Sincerely,

Cindy Bontrager
