Royal Purple Yearbook finalist for national award

Submitted by Kelly Glasscock

K-State's Royal Purple yearbook was named a finalist for the Pacemaker award by the Associated Collegiate Press. Of all the university yearbooks entered in the U.S., only 14 are still in the running for the award, which will be announced in mid-October in Washington, D.C.

The yearbook is created by K-State students and encapsulates the unique activities and events that happen in and around campus each year. The Royal Purple was first published in 1909 and is one of the longest-running student organizations on campus.

Students, faculty and departments can reserve a copy of the upcoming 2017 Royal Purple yearbook online
