Marston serves as invited speaker at Department of State
Richard Marston, university distinguished professor of geography in the College of Arts & Sciences, presented an invited seminar at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., on July 14. The title of the seminar was "Water and Environmental Security in South Asia."
