Kansas State University recognizes the importance of student involvement as a component of student success. There are many ways for students to pursue opportunities at Kansas State University, and student organizations provide one such outlet. While involvement in student organizations adds value to the student experience, it also requires the organizations function responsibly and with autonomy. It is important to outline expectations and methods of accountability for student organizations and their members.
Student organizations with a violation of the Student Organization Conduct Code and Process for Discipline will be updated on this website.

Notice of Violation: October 31, 2025
Description of Violation: The University confirmed actions by the organization that constitute a violation of the University’s Student Organization Code of Conduct, namely disruptive activity/disorderly conduct. This violation resulted from an incident where members the organization, over the course of several days, threw trash, eggs, etc., on the vehicles belonging to members and guests of a nearby fraternity house.
Violations: University Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) Chapter 8545–Disruptive Activity/Disorderly Conduct.
Did the violation involve the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs? No.
Sanctions: The University issued the organization a Disciplinary Warning. In addition, the University concurred with the following sanctions imposed on the organization by their national headquarters:
- The organization was required to participate in multiple meetings and educational sessions related to personal branding, facilitated by their national headquarters;
- The organization was required to participate in a review of the events that had occurred and new member education plans; and
- Staff/volunteers from the national headquarters were scheduled to visit the student organization and assist the organization in completing these requirements.
