Duplicate Diploma Ordering
Kansas State University alumni may request a duplicate diploma online. Please note that third-party requests are not permitted without the written consent of the graduate.
Important Information for Recent Graduates
If you have recently graduated, please be aware that your original diploma must be issued in our system before a duplicate can be processed. This may result in delays, even if you select expedited processing. We recommend waiting until your original diploma has been mailed before submitting a duplicate request.
Note: Expedited processing does not guarantee delivery within 14 business days if your original diploma has not yet been issued.

Duplicate diplomas will reflect Kansas State University's current diploma design and include the signatures of the current university president and Kansas Board of Regents members. While we are unable to replicate the original style or signatures, your degree title and wording will match your original diploma.

Name Change Reminder: Once a legal name is changed, former names may not be used unless legally re-established (e.g., via a divorce decree). Submit a Student Data Information Change Form if applicable.
