Diploma Covers
Students who participate in the Commencement Ceremony will receive a commemorative diploma cover at the ceremony, which can be used to store their diploma.
Diploma covers are also available for pick-up after the ceremony from the Registrar's Office for students who earn their degree in the current semester but do not walk/participate in commencement.
If you are a candidate for graduation for the graduation term that just occured and did not attend the commencement ceremony and would like a diploma cover you can stop by one of two locations:
- Manhattan Campus: Stop by the Enrollment Management Central (EMC) office at 119 Anderson Hall.
- Salina Campus: Stop by the Salina Registrar's Office in the College Center Building at 2310 Centennial Road.
A Photo ID will be required and staff will confirm non-attendance at the Friday and Saturday ceremonies. Only one cover is provided and additional covers are available at a cost of $5.00/cover. Diploma cover pick-up will only be available through the last day of the next month following commencement {refer to the Academic Calendar for deadline dates}.
