KSU Budget

Kansas lawmakers, in their 2013 legislative session, dealt Kansas Regents’ Institutions tremendous budgetary hits. Those hits came despite assurances from the governor that such budget damage would not happen. This fall a group of legislators toured several universities across the state talking with administrators about their budgetary needs. After their visit, the president of Kansas State University says he is confident the university's budget will remain flat when the upcoming legislative session is over. The K-State Radio Network’s Richard Baker has details.
