About Parents and Family

Free Membership

Parents and family members of K-State students are automatically members of the K-State Parents and Family Program. As a member your benefits include invitations to Family Day and Open House. In addition, you will have access to the K-State Parents and Family Program hotline, website, and e-mail address.

Advisory Board

The K-State Parents and Family Program is coordinated by an advisory board of volunteer leaders in cooperation with the vice president for student life/dean of students. Members of the volunteer committee meet to direct the work of the organization, establish priorities for the use of funds, and serve as a voice for K-State parents on issues pertinent to student life on our campus.

Advisory Board Members
  • David and Ruth Sauter
  • Lin and Myra S.
  • Tommy and Josie Herrera
  • Bob and Rachelle Gorrell
  • Sue and Doug Kamman
  • Tricia and Matthew Kirkpatrick

Provide Support

The PFP is supported solely by private contributions to the K-State Parents and Family Fund. We encourage each family to consider making an annual contribution to support critical student life initiatives. Gifts of all sizes are valued and appreciated.

Our online giving form is powered by Wildcat Connection, K-State's online community for alumni and friends.
