Grant Chapman is the senior international officer at Kansas State University. He leads and manages the Office of International Programs (OIP), the University office for centralized international activities, initiatives and programs. Grant has oversight of the OIP units (Education Abroad, English Language Program, International Student and Scholar Services) as well as International Partnerships, and International Faculty Collaboration and Research. Grant publishes and presents on international higher education and international law. Prior to K-State, Grant served as a faculty and administrator in various positions at Webster University. He was the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Director for International Programs (Senior International Officer). Prior, he was director of Webster's London campus. He serves as an adjunct faculty for international law.
