Currently Funded Projects
Academic Innovation: Our Academic Program Review and Revitalization initiative will help ensure our academic portfolio meets the changing needs of students.
Academic Innovation: In the Fall of 2023, the Office of the Provost launched a new Academic Innovation Fund (AIF) to invest up to $1 million in new academic programs, including microcredentials in the FY24 year. A call for proposals has been established designed to spur creative curricular proposals university-wide.
Student Experience: We will provide every degree-seeking student with applied learning experiences before they graduate, fulfilling our commitment to prepare students for life beyond K-State starting early in their college experience.
Operational Excellence: Modernizing our university travel and expense processes and systems is one way we are advancing operational excellence as One K-State.
Student Experience: Provides financial assistance to graduate students nearing the completion of their graduate degree who encounter financial challenges.
K-State Workforce: To update facilities that support cutting-edge research and foster interdisciplinary collaboration across various scientific domains.
Research: The DASH Awards are an annual opportunity for one-time, one-year awards to support research, scholarly work or creative activities.
Engagement: A detailed report that acknowledges K-State as a driving force in enhancing the well-being of Kansas, the nation and the global community.
Research: The ID3A works to develop and expand digital agriculture capacities to enhance the lives of Kansans, now and into the future.
Research: We will build on the history and foundation of the Kansas Water Resources Institute to elevate the new Kansas Water Institute as a university-level institute for collaborative water-related research, teaching and engagement.
Operational Excellence: The university will be establishing a unified, comprehensive performance appraisal form and a new electronic learning and performance management system.
Operational Excellence: This initiative seeks to implement a new, optimized universal time and leave system for use universitywide.
K-State Workforce: These awards recognize outstanding faculty members who are on an accelerated path for academic distinction.
