As students get ready for finals and graduation, Kansas State University's Division of Academic Success and Student Affairs offers advice to help students approach the upcoming weeks with confidence.

Utilize on-demand success tools to enhance students' studying experiences. The Academic Achievement Center's success toolkit can be tailored to accommodate individual needs and includes a variety of resources, such as the Finals Prep Toolbox.

Incorporate well-being into the final push. Taking the time to get enough sleep, eating nutritious meals and exercising contributes to success in other aspects of life, including academics. The Rec Center has something for everyone, including fitness equipment, group fitness classes and a lounge area.

Students are encouraged to review the K-State Honor Pledge to feel confident that the work they submit adheres to the required expectations. The K-State Honor and Integrity System applies to all full-time and part-time undergraduate and graduate students.

Reach out for support when it’s needed. There is no prize for navigating challenges alone. If a student could benefit from extra support, they may want to connect with Student Support and Accountability. The office serves students experiencing challenges by offering support and resources. Faculty and staff can also submit a Student of Concern referral form to report students in distress or crisis.

Students can access 24/7 mental health support with the TELUS Health Student Support app, free to eligible students, TELUS Health offers support via chat and phone for students located around the country and the world. Chat-based services are available in five languages, and counseling is available in up to sixty languages.

If students live on campus, be aware of move-out procedures to make the process easier. Students can start preparing for move-out by gathering packing materials, recruiting friends or family to help and ensuring that they have all keys issued to them at the beginning of the year. Housing and Dining Services' full list of tips and procedures can help make move-out stress-free.
