Ben has been a part of numerous theatrical projects as technical director, manager, and draftsman including working with Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre, Wolf Trap Opera, Nebraska Shakespeare Festival, and Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. Prior to joining the faculty, he worked was project manager for Mystic Scenic Studios, Inc..

Notable projects/collaborators include Boston Pops Fourth of July Spectacular, Soho Rep (Off-Broadway), Sweeney Todd (Broadway), and Coachella.
