Casey Ward, a native of Kansas, discovered her passion for yoga while seeking low-impact methods to improve hip mobility after years of running and weightlifting began to leave her feeling stiff and sore. Her time on the mat not only enhanced her mobility and flexibility but also introduced her to a deeper sense of self-awareness she hadn’t realized she was seeking. This journey into mindful movement inspired her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2023.

In addition to this certification, Casey also holds credentials in barre, athlete-focused yoga, yoga sculpt, mindfulness, Pilates, and group fitness. These diverse qualifications enable her to offer an integrative and holistic approach to movement on the mat, resulting in a well-rounded practice.

A graduate of Emporia State University and a resident of Manhattan for the past 13 years, Casey has loved exploring the Flint Hills region and holds it a close second to the Gypsum Hills she proudly calls home. Beyond the studio, she is the owner of two creative businesses, spends her free time exploring the Konza Prairie, and is mom to a vivacious daughter named Harper.

Casey is an enthusiastic supporter of women-owned and local businesses, used bookstores, hot coffee, warm sunshine, and Labrador Retrievers.
