Scholarship details

• Scholarship deadline – November 8, 2019 (for disbursement during Spring 2020 semester)
• 5 scholarships will be available per year
• Scholarship amounts will be up to $500
• Students may apply for a scholarship each semester, but will only be able to receive the scholarship once per year. Priority will be given to those who have not previously received a KS-LSAMP scholarship.
• Scholarships will be distributed through student financial aid

Scholarship eligibility

• All general and academic eligibility requirements must be fulfilled
• Students must be a KS-LSAMP Silver Scholar

Scholarship application

• One letter of recommendation:

• Letter of recommendation should be from a college STEM professor/instructor
• Personal statement (click the link for the writing prompt)
• Resume
• College transcripts (unofficial okay)
