This day-long event features keynote speakers, educational sessions, research poster sessions, and a queer art show throughout the day. All attendees must be registered. The leadership conference is open to all who wish to attend and is free!

This conference focuses on the lived experiences and inspirations of our Kansas LGBTQIA+ Community: students, faculty and staff of Kansas K-12 and Higher Education; community activists and community members; and our LGBTQIA+ allies. Our goal is to inspire leadership among LGBTQIA+ young people and to cultivate networks of support in implementing social transformation locally and regionally, nationally, and globally.
