Flint Hills Human Rights Project (FHHRP)

The Flint Hills Human Rights Project is a volunteer organization dedicated to serving the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and all sexuality and gender minorities, plus their friends and allies, in Manhattan, Kansas and the Flint Hills region of Kansas.

The organization is led by its Board of Directors, who meet monthly. Members of the organization support the activities of FHHRP and enjoy connecting through social events, volunteering, and activism.

PRIDE Haven - Kansas City

PRIDE Haven is a safe, judgement-free drop-in center for LGBTQIA+ young adults, ages 18-24, who are facing homelessness. We offer an inclusive environment, access to supportive services, connection to community resources, and a place to rest and relax.

Service Members Legal Defense Network

Service members Legal Defense Network is a non-partisan, non-profit, legal services, watchdog and policy organization dedicated to ending discrimination against and harassment of military personnel affected by "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" (DADT). They provide free, confidential legal services to all those impacted by DADT and related discrimination.
