Eligibility Requirements
The U.S. Department of Education defines eligibility criteria.
Potential Scholars must be:

- Participants must be first-generation college students and meet income eligibility requirements or meet additional eligibility criteria set forth by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Income eligibility for first-gen applicants is determined by Federal TRIO Programs Current-Year Low-Income Levels.
- A U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- An individual earning their first bachelor's degree
- An undergraduate at Kansas State University with at least
- 30 credit hours
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Participants must be first-generation college students and meet income eligibility requirements or meet additional eligibility criteria set forth by the U.S. Department of Education.
