Responsibilities

As the administrative coordinator, my work is centered on making sure the operations of the Staley School are running smoothly and to make sure the building is a welcoming environment to all who work, learn, and visit here. It is so fulfilling to be a part of the amazing work and service that happens at the Staley School.

• Maintain the building, including opening and closing the building each day and managing any maintenance requests
• Coordinate student and professional hiring processes and onboarding
• Facilitate purchasing, including supplies, catering, and travel
• Help schedule and maintain Dean Tolar’s calendar
