Roberta Maldonado Franzen

Director, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Roberta Maldonado Franzen is an experienced higher education administrator. She has expertise working with development, retention, and engagement of highly talented, diverse faculty, staff, and students. Her focus has been on leading programs and activities that integrate inclusion, diversity, equity, and access into service delivery models. She has a research and practice center around her passion to aid others in leading meaningful and sustainable change.

Additionally, she holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute, and the following degrees: Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Communication, Kansas State University; Master of Science Administration in Human Resources, Central Michigan University; Bachelor of Science, Kansas State University

Maldonado Franzen teaches coursework and consults on research and faculty and staff development for the School.
