Responsibilities
My responsibilities include contributing to assessment projects such as data entry and coordinating research meetings. Additionally, I collaborate with faculty members on research initiatives, such as the Case-In-Point (CIP) study and the Grad Edge program.
I also provide administrative and building support to the Staley School. I help maintain office schedules, confirm room reservations, and support the overall organization of the office.
My research interests focus primarily on gender studies, specifically examining gender discrimination and gender fluidity at both the micro (individual) and societal levels. I am particularly interested in how these issues manifest in different contexts and the impact they have on social dynamics and opportunities.
In addition, I am passionate about developing a conceptual model that integrates insights from security studies and leadership theories. I aim to design a framework that strengthens adaptive democratic values, enabling societies to be more resilient, inclusive, and better able to address complex socio-political challenges.
Playing the violin, exercising, and adventurous travel are among my favorite activities. Walking through campus is always a delightful experience, as there’s always something that makes you stop and appreciate the moment—whether it’s the friendly people smiling and saying hello, studying in the incredible library, gathering at Radina’s, working out at the Rec Complex, or simply enjoying the strong sense of safety and community that makes it feel like home and family.
