Responsibilities
I lead and coordinate leadership and service programs, including HandsOn Kansas State, Cats Connect, and the Snyder Leadership Legacy Fellows. Through this work, I connect students with service experiences, support connection and belonging among students, faculty and staff, and create opportunities for students to develop and practice their leadership skills. I collaborate with campus and community partners and mentor student coordinators as they grow in their leadership and support the implementation of our programs.
Previously, I conducted research on COVID-19 and vaccine hesitancy. I was interested in the reasons for hesitancy and in how to improve vaccination rates in marginalized communities.
