Responsibilities
I have a joint opportunity of working with the Staley School of Leadership and the Kansas Leadership Center through the Third Floor Research team. My projects focus on evaluation and analysis of programmatic impact along with assisting with data management projects.
My research interests are situated in the dynamics of civic engagement and in applying the adaptive leadership framework to address complex challenges. With a professional background in organizational leadership, higher education, and human resources, I am interested in understanding the practice of adaptive work within the outdoor recreation, conservation, organizational impact, and leadership development spaces.

I love fly fishing and conventional angling all over the country. My travels typically involve finding spaces in the outdoors to recharge and seek adventure! Some of my most memorable excursions include watching the sunrise at Bryce Canyon National Park, fishing the Kenai River in Alaska, and hiking in Hood River, Oregon.
