Responsibilities

As program manager for the North Central Extension Leadership Development (NELD) program, Andrew oversees the design and delivery of a yearlong leadership experience for Extension professionals across 13 states. He coordinates program logistics, facilitates collaboration among university and regional partners, and ensures a high-quality learning experience that builds leadership capacity and fosters inclusive, community-focused practice. Through his work, Andrew helps participants strengthen their leadership identity, expand professional networks, and apply new skills to drive impact in their organizations and communities.
