Acute Illness or Injury Treatment

Lafene Health Center has physicians and nurse practitioners available by appointment to see you for your illness or injury concerns. We treat a variety of primary health concerns including upper respiratory infections, strep throat, influenza, rashes, infections and more.

If you have a chronic or ongoing health condition, we will assist you in managing your care while you are at K-State. We can work with your primary care physician or specialist to coordinate your care.

In addition, we provide radiology services when x-rays are needed, and a range of laboratory testing including tests for sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy.

We treat all types of injury including sprains, strains and broken bones. You can also see our physical therapists for follow-up care.
