MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella)

Two (2) doses of MMR or a lab report confirming immunity are required for all new students on the Manhattan campus.  Upload all vaccination documentation to the myLafene portal via Medical Clearances.

To receive the MMR vaccine or complete lab work to confirm immunity at Lafene Health Center, please visit myLafene portal or call (785) 532-6544 to schedule an appointment.

A vaccine waiver may be used in place of vaccination. The MMR waiver can be completed via the myLafene portal under Downloadable Forms.
