Relevant Resilience!

Join Lafene Health Center for Relevant Resilience!, a series of seven interactive, hands-on workshops focused on building resilience.

WellCAT Ambassadors

The WellCAT Ambassadors are a group of peer educators that advocate for overall health and well-being at Kansas State University. The WellCATs provide education, host events, collaborate with other groups, and serve as role models in order to promote total wellness to their peers on campus.

WellCAT Coach

The WellCAT Coach program offers one-on-one peer well-being education for all current K-State students.

21st Birthday Project

21st Birthday Project offers one-on-one peer education for K-State students turning 21. By e-mail invitation only.

Alcohol & Other Drug Education

The Alcohol and Drug Education (AODE) program coordinates the alcohol and other drug prevention and intervention for K-State students to support academic success and life goals.  Programs and services provided by AODE incorporate current, empirically supported approaches to effectively promote student health and wellness.

Wildcat Wellness Coalition

The Wildcat Wellness Coalition is a collaborative effort between numerous departments on the K-State campus.  The mission is to cultivate a holistic approach to well-being by empowering the K-State community through the provision of resources, education and the encouragement of lifelong healthy practices.
